Joel is the leads the ministry in the Philippines. He is a pastor and a community builder. He has a great way of connecting with marginalized groups and using skateboarding to build leaders, mental, physical, and spiritual health. He has a heart for the children and the families within his neighboring communities and found skateboarding to be a very effective method to bring faith and hope.
